By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (A$).

Where applicable, prices will include or display GST at checkout (as shown on the checkout page).

We aim to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. If an error occurs, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

2. Orders and cancellations

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are considered accepted when we dispatch the order and/or provide tracking details.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed and returns follow our Returns Policy.

3. Shipping, delivery coverage, and fulfilment (Australia)

We dispatch orders from our Australian warehouse. We generally deliver Australia-wide.

Remote, island, and special postcode areas may take longer and/or incur additional shipping charges, as shown at checkout.

We may use standard Australian carriers (e.g., Australia Post and other couriers) and provide tracking where available.

Free shipping threshold

We offer free shipping on orders over A$50 within Australia.

Exclusions may apply for remote areas, oversized items, and certain products or promotions, as stated at checkout or on product pages.

Address accuracy and delivery options

Please ensure shipping details are correct. Fees resulting from incorrect addresses, re-delivery, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer (except where ACL applies).

If you select “safe drop/authority to leave,” delivery risk may pass to you once delivered as authorised, subject to applicable law.

4. Returns and ACL rights

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under ACL.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used on ShopNexa (unless stated otherwise).

Gift cards are generally non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required under ACL.

If a gift card is lost or used without authorisation, contact [support@shopnexa.com] as soon as possible. We will assist where technically feasible, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, branding, and design) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays or service outages). This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under ACL.
